Months 1-3
Build
We write the system around how your facility already works. Your people keep running the floor. We handle the documentation.
Month 3-4
Audit-Ready
Internal audit, management review, corrective actions closed. We run a dry-run audit and fix what an auditor would find before one does.
Certification
Certify & Keep It
We support you through the registrar audit and stay available after. If findings come up, we help close them at no extra consulting fee.

Most firms make you sit through a sales call to hear a price. Ours is on the site. Gap analysis runs a fixed $1,000-$2,500 depending on facility size and standard. Implementation gets quoted after the gap analysis, in writing, because quoting it before we've seen your gaps would just be a guess.
